Plants are amazing and excellent living creatures that solve most, if not all our daily recommended food allowances. They also provide us with shelter, medicines, and food.
It is written in the book Ezekiel 47:12 "By the river on its bank, on one side and on the other, will grow all kinds of trees for food. Their leaves will not wither and their fruit will not fail. They will bear every month because their water flows from the sanctuary, and their fruit will be for food and their leaves for healing.”
One of these amazing living organisms that are parked with many essential phytochemical compounds is guava tree. Guava is a soft woody shrub, botanically known as Psidium Guajava
Deuteronomy 32:2 “Let my teaching drop as the rain, My speech distill as the dew, As the droplets on the fresh grass And as the showers on the herb"
Guava is high in many vitamins, essential amino acids, soluble fibres, minerals, and other important organic compounds like carotene and lycopene.
All the parts of guava including leaves, bark, fruits, and root are shown to be beneficial to human and animals health. The leaves, bark, and unripe fruits contain tannin.

GUAVA TREE BARK

The bark is harvested, dried, and crushed for use in medicines. It is then decocted or infused as a tea. Modern medicines are encapsulated for easier dosing, or it can be found in powders, liquids, and tablets.

Excessive dosing can cause extreme purging and be fatal in some cases. Ingestion of the decoction should only be done under a physician or herbal professional’s guidance. It is best to use professionally derived supplements for maximum safety.

GUAVA FRUITS

INGREDIENTS:

Freshly peeled and chopped quava fruits Sugar: 1 teaspoon Cold water : 120 ml Ice cubes Mint leaves: 2-3 leaves.

Step A : First take fresh guavas and peel and chop them into small pieces such that you have about a cup or bowl full of guavas, depend on the quantity you are making

Step B: Take the guavas and put them in a blender, add sugar and cold water, you can add some mint if you want and blend the mixture well, such that its consistency is smooth. Do not blend it for too long as it will make it difficult to strain the seeds later on. Blending it the guava and mint together is optional, because you can also blend it with other veggies and fruits,, like parsley, basil, strawberries, raspberries, carrot, spring onions, baby spinach, garlic, cucumber etc. That is if you want a combination.

Step C: Use a strainer to strain the juice into a bowl or cup and throw away the seeds left on the strainer.

Step D: Add some ice cubes and mint leaves, or parsley, or basil, or strawberries or raspberries, or anything you decide to put on top and your fresh and yummy Guava Juice is ready.

Tea, smoothie and paste made from guava leaves is shown to help provide remedies against numerous body diseases, it beautifies the skin and helps the hair.

Remember, whatever you do please make sure you do it in the name of the Lord God Almighty, the Creator of all these this world and that is in it, because He alone can make this to work for you.

Isaiah 38:21 - For Isaiah had said, Let them take a lump of figs, and lay it for a plaister upon the boil, and he shall recover.

Eating in the dream is not always the best thing that happen to us, it could be one of the means through which sicknesses, diseases and Afflictions are transferred to us spiritually.

Get 3 guava leaves, crush one bulb of garlic, boil them together and add a pinch of salt, read Psalm 18, 35 and 109 and drink it.

Then get 3 guava leaves, crush one bulb of garlic do not peel off the coat, read Psalm 91 and state your intention to God in prayer , fold them together very well and put it under your pillow before going to bed to stop eating in the dream.

You can do the same if you are having sleep paralysis or being attacked always in your dream.

PREPARATION OF GUAVA LEAF TEA, SMOOTHIE AND PASTE

The leaf of guava is one among most effective teas widely employed to treat high glucose, excessive weight gain, malignant cell growth such as prostate cancers, pain associated with menstruation, and various skin and stomach problems.

The leaf can be used to prepare tea either alone or in combination with other teas and herbs.

Guava leaves can be combined with lemon to make guava leaves and lemon tea. The addition of lemon helps increase the anticancer and antihypertensive properties of guava leaves.

Some people prefer to combine guava leaves with either garlic or onion to help them dissolve noncancerous tumors like fibroids in the body.

The leaves of guava can also be blended with turmeric powder to help remove acnes, rashes and blemishes, it smoothens and beautifies the skin.

Diabetic patients can also use guava leaves in association with green tea to increase glucose metabolism and improve insulin resistance.

You can also combine guava leaves and honey to improve hair growth and prevent hair split ends.

There are many ways in which guava leaves can be blended to make guava tea for the treatment of various diseases.

GUAVA LEAF TEA WITH GARLIC AND ONIONS

Guava leaves 21 . Mixing bawl . Container . Water 1litres . Mortar and pestle . Garlic 3 cloves ans Onions 3 .

Pound the guava leaves, the garlic and onions together boil for 10 minutes ,pour in your cup and drink.

GUAVA LEAF TEA, AND HONEY .

15 fresh greenish guava leaves .Water 500mls . 2 tablespoons of honey.

Put the guava leaves in a pot and boil for about 20minutes, pour in a cup, add honey and enjoy your tea.

GUAVA LEAVES PASTE 

Guava leaves, 7, 9, 11,13, 15 or 21 . Honey . Mixing bawl . Container or cup . Mortar and pestle.

Pound the leaves using a clean mortar and pestle.

Put the crushed leaves into a clean mixing bawl, add two tablespoons of honey into the mixing bawl, mix them thoroughly into a paste.

Then transfer the paste into another container that is clean and cover it. You can use this paste to prevent hair split ends, acne, blackspots, and pimples.

If you want to use the paste, just take a little amount of the paste with your fingers. Then, gently apply on the face or hair. You need to finish the paste on the same day if you used fresh leaves, but you used dried leaves you can store it for 72 hours.

GUAVA LEAVES TEA AND GARDEN EGGS

Guava leaves 5 Garder eggs 3 Lime 1 or Lemon 1, Honey one teaspoon and 500ml water.

This can serve as a remedy for those suffering from issues with the kidneys. Boil some guava leaves together with garden eggs and drink as remedy twice daily.

GUAVA LEAVES TEA WITH GINGER .

15 - 20 fresh and green guava leaves . 5 fresh ginger roots . Boiling pot . Container . Cup . 750ml of water, A clean boiling pot , 15 - 20 guava leaves and 5 fresh ginger roots.

It is advisable to blend the ginger before adding to the boiling, then add clean plain water.

Take the pot to a heat, boil for about 20 minutes and remove. Please before you begin to use it, it is recommended that you allowed it to cool down to room temperature.

This will help prevent you from having constipation.

Use clean and fine strainer, transfer the tea into a clean container with lid and cover.

GUAVA LEAVES TEA WITH GREEN TEA 

Fresh Guava leave 15 . 2 tablespoons of dried pounded guava leaves . 2 tablespoons of green tea . 500ml of water . Boiling pot . Container.

Add 2 tablespoons of dried pounded guava leaves and 2 teaspoonful green tea into a tea brewing pot, then add 500ml of clean and plain water.

Place the boiling pot on heat for about 15-20 minutes, remove the pot from heat and allow it to cool down .

Use a fine strainer, transfer the tea into another container and cover. Keep out of reach of children.

NOTE; that you can only use this tea within 42 hours. Because leaving the tea to exceed this time may lead to its contamination.
