NATURAL REMEDIES THAT CAN HELP LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE | 23. May, 2022

Below is a request from someone on my facebook wellness group, so I decided to post it here for others to benefit also. 
Hello. I am a new member. I am seeking a way to naturally lower my bp. I have a sudden onset. I have always had low bp. Any suggestions.? Doc put me on labetolol immediatey. So many side effects. I am a Nurse, and a Health Coach. Ironically, I do
coach others. When it comes to me…. I can’t seem to get it together. Suggestions please?
REMEDIES;
1. Sea Moss: It’s an edible sea plant similar to other seaweeds, algae, and other familiar leafy sea vegetables like kelp or dulse, it contains natural vitamins and minerals supplements.
2. Garlic and Parsley suppem
3. Avoid sugar, use original Honey (but moderately)
4 . Cut down you carb intake too.
5. Reduce your sodium (salt) intake.
6. Eat fruits like, Berries, Pomegranate, etc.
7. Eat dark Chocolate (atleast 70% to 90% or 99%)
8 . Eat more Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium rich foods 
9. Check your weight, if you think there's some excess fat you need to shade, you do it.
10 . Take Ginger and Tumeric tea
11 . Garlic and Ginger tea
12 . Eat fresh leaves 
13 . Eat fiber like Oatmeal 
14 . Eat fish that contains Omega 3 or take thr supplements.
15 . Drink Tumeric, Garlic and Huntaria umbellata seed (Abere seeds) soaked in water or boiled as tea
16. Basil tea
17. Celery Juice
18. Beetroot drink
19. Bacopa Monnieri supplements
20 . Take Huntaria umbellata seed (Abere seed) as supplement 
21. Chamomile tea
22. Thyme tea
23 . Huntaria umbellata seed (Abere seed) and coconut water from young coconut.
24. Exercise helps lower blood pressure also
25 . Cut off caffeine (coffee etc)
