Please can you write about beetroot?
A quick question please, my digestion is bad and I experience regular stomach pain, a friend told to drink beetroot water, i want to know if drinking boiled beetroot water will help me? 
ANSWER;
Yes it is good to drink water used in boiling beetroot.
Beetroot is very rich in vitamins and minerals 
It works a detoxifying tonic, and it contains many nutritional benefits. 
. It detoxifies the liver. 
. It aids digestion 
. Lowers blood pressure.

. Keeps the blood vessels and arteries healthy 
. It Boosts stamina.

HOW TO PREPARE BEETROOT TONIC
. Get some beetroot 
. Wash in with clean water
. Peel of the back of the beetroot
. Dice the beetroot in pieces,( I prefer dicing mine in cube form)
. Put in a pot and add clean water
. Cover and boil for 30- 45 minutes, depending on the quantity and size of your beetroot.
.Strain and put in a clean mug with lid or any container of choice with cover.
. Pour in glass and drink. 
You can store it in the refrigerator, but finish it within 24 hours. 
You can drink it at anytime of the day if you want to detoxify your liver, the best time to drink beetroot tonic is early in the morning before breakfast.
