1. Prepare the following ingredients:

7 leaves of bay leaf

2 aidan fruits, cut into pieces

7 sticks of cinnamon

Half teaspoon of sea salt

1 tablespoon of cloves

2. Boil all the ingredients together.

3. Fill a bucket with water. Pour a portion of the boiled herbal mixture into the bucket of water. Add Fanta, four cubes of sugar, and one tablespoon of honey.

4. Bathe with this mixture using the onalia spiritual  soap. As you bathe, pray for your intentions.

5. Do not wipe your body afterward. Allow it to air-dry, then apply your body cream or lotion.

6. Repeat this process for seven days. It must be done in the morning.
