How to use — “Ritual & Practical Instructions”

1. Prepare your space. Clean and declutter a small area. Place the candle on a stable, heatproof surface and keep a bowl of water and a fireproof dish nearby.

2. Set an intention. Hold the candle and quietly state your intention in positive terms. Example reframes:
