How to Use the Tightening Gel:

1. Clean the vulva before bedtime. Lie down and raise your hips slightly.

2. Remove the protective cap from the applicator.

3. Gently insert the pre-filled applicator into the vagina as far as it comfortably goes.

4. Using your finger or the sterile cap, slowly push the gel into the vagina.

5. Remove the applicator and discard it properly.

6. Wash your hands thoroughly.

7. Keep your hips raised for about 5–10 minutes.

Usage Instructions:

Apply once daily, using one applicator before bedtime.

Use consistently for 15 days to achieve firm and lasting results.

For long-term maintenance, repeat the treatment every six months.
